• If FDA’s power grows more, and new regulation is made, companies get double restrictions by FDA and federal government.

• It make hard to company to make new medicine

• The price of drugs such as cancer, whiz, and hereditary diseases will rise further due to regulations.

• Company is daunted by restrictions.

•  Test is necessary to develop , but many restrictions make it hard to find effect and side effect

• So FDA’s authority should not grow

• But some restrictions to company is necessary too

• Regulations on accurate clinical trials will have to increase for patient

• Price regulation for patients will also be needed.  Feedback 최전영 ->강태영 : FDA의 권한 확대에 대한 견제와 경계를 중심으로 병원과 제약회사들의 관점을 관철하는 브레인스토밍을 진행하였다. 환자를 전혀 고려하지 않는 것은 아니지만 FDA가 환자들의 검사과정에 대한 개과 관리를 확대하면서 생길 수 있는 부작용에 대한 우려를 표현하고 있다. FDA의 권한 확대에 대한 반대 의견이 확고하고 이를 뒷받침하는 근거를 제공하고 있지만 마지막 결론에서 환자를 위해 개입 권한을 부분적으로 인정하여 중간점을 찾고자 하는 시도가 돋보였다.
