• Terrorists’ goal is manipulate people’s range of feeling

• Horror is the one way

• paralyzed our response

• One way to survive their organization

• But this kind of terrorism must be stop

• Many innocent people were died by this terror

• So We must victory to against terrorism

• How to reduce terrorism?

• Terrorist’s biggest weapon is manipulate people’s range of feeling like fear, hope, horror, authority etc.

• So we must calm of this situation and don’t respond emotionally

• Minimize media exposure, deal with terror before media exposure

최전영: 필자가 대테러 대응에 대해 각 정부가 어떤 방식으로 대응해야 하는 지, 특히 무엇을 희생해야 하는 지 강조하면서도 동시에 테러 단체의 감정적 반응과 그로 인해 새로운 테러리스트들의 모집을 끊어야 한다는 것을 강조했는데 이 중에서 감정적 대응에 더 집중한 것인 인상깊음. 그러나 테러 행위가 다양한 감정적 반응을 끌어올리기 때문에 그 반응을 최소화 할 수 있는 대응으로 제시한 방법은 언론 통제에 대한 부정적인 여론이 나올 수 있는 한계가 있음. 그럼에도 테러 단체들이 원하는 것을 내주지 않고 테러 단체의 확대를 방지하는 방법이 창의적이었음.
