There are some differences between absolute and relatived evaluation system.

In absolute evaluation system, standards are exist and when people exceed the score, they are pass

However, in relatived evaluation system, standards are not exist and people judged by there score ranking

In my opinion, Because of efficiency and pressure, absolute evaluation is a more effective way to judge people.

First, Absolute evaluation system is more efficiency way to judge people.

We don't have to rank people by test. It means we don't have to make a hard question to rank people.

So We need to certificated people by test, we can reduce time and money that takes to make a question.

Second, people who take the tests get less stress in the test. The test is a confirmation test, so we don't have to compete with others.

That mean, we don't have to get high score in test, so we can reduce stress in this type of system.

Therefore, the above two reasons, efficiency and pressure, I support absolute evaluation system.
